3ZAN COFFEE‘s coffee growing area is located in Dak Nong plateau – known as the “Robusta coffee capital” of Vietnam. With an ideal altitude of 600–800m, fertile red basalt soil and a temperate climate all year round, this land provides excellent natural conditions for producing high-quality coffee beans.

Coffee Drying – Packaging Process at 3ZAN COFFEE

Step 1: Selective Harvesting

Only ripe coffee beans that have reached optimal ripeness are selected by 3ZAN COFFEE. Harvesting is done manually, ensuring no green or immature beans are mixed in, helping to improve the quality of the coffee right from the start.

Step 2: Drying & Controlled Drying

Coffee is naturally dried on a ventilated mesh floor, stirred regularly to dry evenly. The beans are then dried at low temperatures in a modern system to achieve a standard moisture content of 11–12%, preserving the original flavor and avoiding mold.

Step 3: Hulling & sorting

After being completely dry, the coffee beans are hulled and carefully sorted according to size, color and quality. Only qualified beans are selected for further processing.

Step 4. Drying & Finishing Roasting

When the moisture content of the coffee has decreased to 18–20%, the coffee batch will be put into a closed drying system to reduce the moisture content to the standard level of 11–12%. The drying process is strictly controlled in terms of temperature and time, helping the coffee retain its characteristic flavor and avoid burning or deterioration.

Step 5: Packaging & delivery
