1. Return conditions

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The product is not of the correct type or model as in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order.
  • Not enough quantity, not enough set as in order.
  • External condition is affected such as cracked bottle, loose seal, broken…

Customers are responsible for providing the order phone number as a basis for confirming the return/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

  • Time to receive return request notification from customer : within 48 hours from the time the order is delivered to the customer in case of missing delivery or damaged delivery.
  • Time to receive return orders from customers : within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product. All shipping costs to the company will be paid by the customer.
  • Product return location : Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it by post to the address listed on the website.
